According to police reports, two individuals were cited for driving with a criminally suspended license during a recent week in Vermont. On April 4, 2026, at approximately 11:13 PM, Megan Smith, 57, of Weybridge, was stopped by Trooper Jonathan Prack on Boardman Street in Middlebury. She has been charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license and is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court of Addison County on April 20, 2026.

In a separate incident on April 7, 2026, at around 4:43 PM, Trooper Michael Robidoux responded to a citizen dispute on White Brook Road in Sharon. During this incident, 46-year-old Matthew Tobin was found to be driving with a suspended license. He has also been cited and is set to appear in the Windsor Criminal Division of the Vermont Superior Court on May 12, 2026.
