Vermont State Police say a 24-year-old man from Montgomery Center was arrested following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 93 in Waterford, Vermont, on April 3, 2026, around 10:16 PM. The driver, identified as David C. Przybycien, was found at the scene after his Subaru Legacy was totaled.

According to police reports, officers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the incident and detected signs of impairment during their interaction with Przybycien.
