The Vermont State Police say that 65-year-old Edward Bailey of Barnet was involved in the incident while changing lanes, resulting in a collision with a vehicle operated by 21-year-old Noah Villeneuve of Waterford.

The accident took place near exit 19, under clear weather conditions and on dry road surfaces. Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
