According to police reports, Ofsuryk was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped by the Vermont Drug Task Force and the Vermont State Police. During the stop, law enforcement conducted a search of the vehicle, which uncovered fentanyl.
Following her arrest, Ofsuryk was detained at the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport for a probation violation. She is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Orleans Criminal Division, at 1:00 PM on March 24, 2026, to respond to the allegations of trafficking fentanyl.
