According to police, Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to the complaint at approximately 10:07 PM, where they identified Matthew Bradley as the vehicle operator.
During their interaction with Bradley, officers noted several signs of impairment. Following a thorough investigation, they determined that he was operating the vehicle while under the influence, leading to his arrest. Bradley was subsequently transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing, issued a criminal citation, and then released.
