According to police reports, Troopers observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic violations around 2:22 PM and initiated the stop. Upon contacting the driver, identified as Rodney Maurice Smith, officers conducted an investigation that led to Smith’s arrest on suspicion of DUI – Drugs.
