The incidents took place between February 18 and February 24, 2026, involving three residents from different towns.

Shan McGlynn, a 52-year-old from Williamstown, was stopped on February 24 at 1:52 PM on VT Route 14 in Sharon by Trooper Colin Connery. He is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court of Windsor County on April 7, 2026. Similarly, on February 23 at 9:30 AM, Allison Roth, a 58-year-old from Quechee, was cited near the Quechee Inn by the same trooper and is also set to appear in court on the same date. Additionally, Christopher Jones, a 53-year-old from Barnard, was stopped on February 18 at 12:14 PM on US Route 4 in Killington by Trooper Charles Gardner. His court date is set for March 30, 2026, in the Superior Court of Rutland.
