According to police reports, a 52-year-old woman from Lancaster, New Hampshire, is facing charges following a traffic incident in St. Johnsbury. Vermont State Police say Colleen Fahey was involved in an accident on US Route 2 West on February 23, 2026, where her vehicle reportedly struck a telephone pole before leaving the scene.
Troopers responded to reports of erratic driving and later found the abandoned vehicle at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Portland Street.
