According to police reports, a 52-year-old woman from Lancaster, New Hampshire, is facing charges following a traffic incident in St. Johnsbury. Vermont State Police say Colleen Fahey was involved in an accident on US Route 2 West on February 23, 2026, where her vehicle reportedly struck a telephone pole before leaving the scene.
Troopers responded to reports of erratic driving and later found the abandoned vehicle at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Portland Street. It was determined that Fahey had fled the scene after her car became inoperable. Following an investigation, police located her on February 24, 2026, and issued her a citation.
