Three-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 in Thetford leaves one injured, police say

In Thetford, police say a 20-year-old man suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a plow truck on Interstate 91, with charges pending.

According to police reports, a serious crash occurred on February 25, 2026, on Interstate 91 South near mile marker 82.4 in Thetford. The incident, which took place around 8:51 a.m., involved three vehicles, including a state plow truck.

Police say an International plow truck, operated by Angela Pero, was clearing snow in the passing lane when a Ford F150 driven by 20-year-old Ronin Moulton rear-ended it. Moulton sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for treatment. The plow truck passenger, Cameron Jarvis, was evaluated at the scene but reported no injuries. A third vehicle, a Jeep driven by 33-year-old Brynna Riley, veered off the road to avoid the crash but remained undamaged.

Additionally, police issued a violation citation to a motorist who recorded the crash scene with a phone while driving by. Authorities stress the importance of reducing speed and avoiding electronic devices near emergency vehicles.
