Vermont State Police say a 19-year-old Derby resident was arrested early on February 16, 2026, following an incident on 4H Road involving an assault. Grace Pavelchak is accused of assaulting 18-year-old Abbygale Costa, also from Derby, and allegedly brandished a knife during the confrontation.
