According to police reports, a 45-year-old man from Richford has been charged with burglary following an incident at Troy Hoagies on Vermont Route 101 in Troy. The Vermont State Police responded to the scene on February 12, 2026, after receiving reports of a break-in that occurred around 2:35 a.m.
Investigators determined that a masked individual had forcibly entered the establishment through a window and stolen more than $3,000 worth of cigarettes and vaping products.
