According to police reports, two individuals have been cited for driving with a criminally suspended license in separate incidents in Vermont. Jason Choiniere, 29, of Swanton, was stopped on Spring Street at approximately 9:12 a.m. on February 1, 2026. He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Court on March 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
In a separate case, Steven Mashtare, 32, from Highgate, was cited after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 2 near W Shore Road in Alburg at around 10:33 p.m. on January 31, 2026. His court appearance is set for March 5, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. in the Grand Isle County Criminal Division.
