Vermont State Police say a 37-year-old woman from Bradford was cited for operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent following an incident on January 2, 2026. The police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on South Main Street around 8:35 PM, where they located Christina Garrison in possession of the vehicle.
