Vermont State Police say a 44-year-old man from Concord was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic incident on US Route 2 in Lunenburg on January 17, 2026. Andrew Yarema was identified as the operator of a vehicle that had drawn attention due to a complaint received by police.
According to the report, troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the call and, upon making contact with Yarema, observed signs of impairment. He was subsequently taken into custody and processed at the barracks. Yarema has been charged with DUI #2 and is scheduled to appear in Essex County Superior Court – Criminal Division on January 20, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
