Vermont State Police say a two-vehicle collision on January 1st in Dummerston led to the arrest of a 43-year-old woman suspected of driving under the influence. The incident occurred around 5:07 PM at the intersection of Vermont Route 30 and Sugar House Road, where one vehicle reportedly fled the scene.

According to police reports, troopers conducted an investigation and identified Bridget Wright-Covey of Williamsville as the driver of the abandoned vehicle.
