According to police reports, a theft incident occurred at Mills Hardware Store in Bethel, Vermont, on December 17, 2025. Vermont State Police say that a suspect, whose identity remains unknown, allegedly stole approximately $300 worth of merchandise around 1:30 PM before exiting the store.
Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to the report of the theft shortly after it happened. As authorities continue to investigate, they have released a photo of the suspect to aid in identification.
