According to police reports, a 38-year-old resident of Randolph, Zachariah Alkhatatbih, was charged with unlawful trespass following incidents at The Barn convenience store. Vermont State Police say that between December 20 and December 23, 2025, they received multiple reports of Alkhatatbih entering the store after being previously served a notice of trespass.
The investigation revealed that Alkhatatbih allegedly returned to the premises on three occasions, prompting police to issue a criminal citation for his actions on December 24. According to the report, he is now scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Orange Criminal Division, on January 28, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
