Vermont State Police say a 60-year-old Sheldon resident was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a breath test following a single-vehicle crash. The incident occurred on December 14, 2025, around 8:24 PM on Route 105 near Main Street in Sheldon.
According to police reports, officers arrived at the scene and determined that Dennis Reynolds was impaired by alcohol. Following the assessment, he was taken to the St. Albans barracks for processing. Afterward, Reynolds was released on a citation and is scheduled to appear in Franklin Superior Court’s Criminal Division on January 6, 2026, at 8:00 AM.
