According to police reports, a domestic disturbance in Charlotte led to the arrest of a 38-year-old man on December 13, 2025. Vermont State Police say they responded to a call regarding the incident at a residence on Spear Street around 4:08 PM.
Following their investigation, officers determined that Denis Nunez had assaulted a member of his household. He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing. Nunez was later released after being issued a citation to appear in court.
According to the report, he is scheduled to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Chittenden County Criminal Division, on December 15, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The charges against him are allegations at this stage, and court dates may change as the legal process continues.
