According to police, Arlyn R. Sunderland was pulled over following a traffic violation. Upon investigation, it was determined he was not in compliance with his conditions of release from a previous legal matter. Following his arrest, Sunderland was taken to the New Haven State Police Barracks for processing and subsequently issued a citation.
